Man was I truly blessed to have Long as my Real Estate agent. It’s this simple, if you are selling your home and you want the most foot traffic possible, you will hire Long Pham. Just over two weeks after he finalized editing his world class photos (and drone video) of my property and going live on every real estate website imaginable, Long was able to broker an agreement on my home. Living in a “niche” home that features a pool and 2BR in a suburban Pittsburgh neighborhood requires a unique buyer. Long’s professionalism, straightforwardness, and persistent marketing of my property was undoubtably a driving force to coming under agreement in such a short period of time. While I certainly will miss my beautiful Whitehall home, I am elated that a new couple will get enjoy these four walls as much as I have. I just recently sold my house... Long was amazing thru the whole process. It went so much smoother than I thought it would. Long was always available when I had a question or concern. He explained everything perfectly. He went out of his way to make sure anxiety levels were kept down. Long is absolutely professional, helpful, experienced and friendly! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He made the house selling process so easy.

Long was amazing to work with as we bought our new home. He went above and beyond what is expected.... traveled to our area, over 2 hours away to work with our family. He was patient, efficient, and made sure to help us get the perfect home for our family of 6. Mark and I would recommend him, he is a pleasure to work with. He also adjusted to travel that we had and other things going on to still make sure all our paperwork still got done and in a timely manner!!!
